I congratulate the institute for efficiently conducting the programme for the defense officers, thereby contributing to the nation-building,’ he said.
Prof. Saumya Ranjan Dash congratulated the batch mentioning that the defense officers are already efficient in management, leadership, decision-making, teamwork, etc. – the prerequisites for a leading position in a corporate. ‘The exemplary leadership qualities the defense people demonstrate on a day-to-day basis on the field cannot be defined in terms of theory. It’s their inbuilt quality. Hence, this certification is a formal way of recognizing your talent and enabling a smooth transition from the defense to corporate by augmenting your understanding in the fields of other managerial aspects like supply chain management, logistics, marketing, etc.’, he said.
Col. Pamidi also congratulated the officers. ‘Learning in the classroom is essential, and life gives you experiences. At the end of the day, it’s a good mixture of both, which takes an individual ahead in their life. He said, keep learning and implementing your knowledge, for that will help you achieve your goals.
