Since its inception in 1996, the Indian Institute of Management Indore (IIM Indore) has been aiming to groom socially conscious leaders, managers and entrepreneurs—who contribute not just to the society, but to the planet as well. IIM Indore is committed to excellence in management education, research and training; use of contemporary participant-centric pedagogies and teaching methods, and establishing a presence in the emerging segments of management education.
We at IIM Indore believe that ‘Siddhi Moolam Prabandhanam’— the root of all achievement is able management. We trust that management is multi-dimensional and we are receptive to the changing environment. With this credence, we offer an extensive variety of academic and executive programmes, taught by exceptional faculty members, who nurture the participants and help them grow across all the sectors of the industry.
Our programmes include Post Graduate Programme in Management, Post Graduate Programme in Human Resource Management, Integrated Programme in Management, One Year Full Time Residential Executive Post Graduate Programme and Two year weekend Post Graduate Programme for Management Executives along with various other customised programmes for working executives namely, General Management Programme for Executives, General Management Programme for Working Professionals at Dubai & Indore Campus, and Integrated Programme in Business Analytics. The Institute stands at the top among the IIMs in terms of number of participants—including the youngest participants in the Five-Year Integrated Programme in Management (IPM). IIM Indore is proud to be the first and the only IIM to offer this undergraduate programme for the young school-passing students. The Institute also offers Virtual Learning Programmes for Executives along with various customised Management Development Programmes.
IIM Indore is also prominent for its excellent faculty members and their outstanding research work published in top journals. The Institute offers Fellow Programme in Management & Fellow Programme in Management (Industry) for the research doctoral students—who aim to contribute significantly in the world of academia and research.
The Institute also ensures building a resilient connect with the industries not just for outstanding placements, but also to modernise the course curriculum for all the courses as per the industry requirements. We also have alliances with foreign universities and institutions—to fortify the student exchange programmes and collaborate for faculty exchanges and researches. The institute encourages entrepreneurship and has associations with top notch business schools for incubation and mentorship. We’re now also teaming up with the Government for solving societal and administrative problems—by providing research based solutions to regional and national problems cutting across areas.
