Applications are invited for the position of Career Services Associate for the Career Services department. The minimum qualification, experience and other general terms and conditions are given hereunder:

 1) Job Title: Career Services Associate

Job Type: Full-time position

Reporting to: Officer, Career Services department

Key Responsibilities:

1. The primary responsibility of the Career Services Associate will be to act as a career counsellor.
2. Engage with existing PGPMX, DGR and degree/diploma EE program students in the system, understanding their career interests and alignments, encourage them to book sessions on relevant in-house asynchronous programs offered by the institute.
3. Facilitate relevant guest talks.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in any field and MBA.
2. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
3. Excellent communication skills.

Age:

Below 45 years as of the date of application.

Desirable:

Good speaking and writing proficiency in English.

Salary & Allowances

The selected candidate will be deputed in IIM Indore on a fixed-term contract through manpower agency on a consolidated monthly pay package subject to satisfactory performance, which will be reviewed on an annual basis. Salary will not be a constraint for the deserving candidate. The selected candidate would be evaluated after three months of joining and would be able to complete first year in the Institute only if the performance is found satisfactory at the end of three months.
