Business Analytics for Practitioners
Overview
Given the revolution in computing power, data is now omnipresent in abundance at every nook and corner of our life. With proper knowledge of fundamental business statistics and data analytics, one can solve complex data driven business problems.
The programme will provide an end-to-end understanding of how to solve a data analytics problem (from understanding the business problem to the final proposed solution). Several real-life applications from a variety of business domains will be discussed as illustrative examples and full cases studies. All methodology-implementations will be demonstrated in R (software). This programme will be a mix of statistical concepts, R implementation and several business problems.
Objectives
The objective of this programme is to equip the practitioners with the necessary concepts, techniques and strategic approaches of solving real life business analytics problems from different business domains.
