Overview

This program is aimed at women professionals of various domains to help them enhance their leadership and managerial capacities and potential to integrate and manage both professional and personal lives and seek new energy and direction to enrich both these lives.

Objectives

• Understand the particular demands and challenges of “new” age women executives.
• Identify gender entrapments that constraint one’s potential
• Develop the signature presence as a woman leader
• Recognise personal strengths and blind spots; understand patterns of behavior, to improve impact

The delivery by various faculties will use a combination of classroom lectures, cases, role plays, simulations, exercises and self-report questionnaires.
