Financial Literacy Workshop Held by i-Help
i-Help, IIM Indore, in collaboration with ICICI Skill Academy and ICICI Foundation, conducted a Financial Literacy Workshop for 100+ outsource and security staff members of the IIM Indore Community on October 15, 2022. Ms. Samita Mathur, Center Head, ICICI Foundation, Indore; Mr. Vasim Khan, Financial Education Counsellor; and Mr. Akhilesh Dubey and Ms. Priyanka, Faculty, ICICI Skill Academy were the speakers on occasion.
The workshop introduced general investment plans and schemes, such as FDs, SIPs, Mutual Funds, etc., regarding financial literacy. Different technical and non-technical upskilling aspects were also spoken about in the workshop.
i-Help, IIM Indore, for the first time, expanded from its domain of student education to other social initiatives, which provided valuable insights and beneficial outcomes. The team was happy to get positive reviews after the workshop and was asked to continue doing good work in the social field.
