International Immersion Module of EPGP is a dedicated executive learning programme designed and conducted in collaboration with one of the top-ranking international business schools. The international immersion module span over one academic term duration. This module, designed with our eminent international academic partner institute, provides an opportunity for the participants to enhance their ability to work in a cross-cultural environment. The international immersion module is designed to disseminate the participants about the increasingly globalized economic environment, issues of the world economy, and enable them to understand and compare the businesses in emerging and developed economies. The prime objective of this module is to improve the business acumen of the participants through company visits, meetings with business and government leaders, and interactions with distinguished faculty of international repute. The international immersion creates a perfect platform for participants to learn the global business and to broaden their knowledge about various aspects of rapidly globalizing economies. Unlike other study tours, linking the module to credit evaluation encores the rigor of academics of IIM Indore, even outside the Planet I.

In the academic year 2023-24, 38 participants of the EPGP batch joined “Advanced Leadership Programme” offered by SDA Bocconi, Milan, Italy through the hybrid mode. After the successful completion of the programme the participants will receive separate course completion certificate from SDA Bocconi. SDA Bocconi in Milan offers an exciting study experience with world-class faculties, international outlook, and the multicultural environment essential for a successful career in business management. The course content of the international immersion module at SDA Bocconi includes contemporary topics of the global business environment like design thinking, family business management, private equity and venture capital, luxury management, innovation management, digital transformation, infrastructure finance, doing business in Europe, etc. The overall design of this programme focusses to complement the theoretical underpinning with perspective from the latest industry practices facilitating the participants a smooth transition back to their domains posts this intensive learning experience.
