The Indian Institute of Management Indore (IIM Indore) successfully hosted its flagship cultural and management fest, IRIS 2025, from February 14 to 16, 2025. This year’s theme, “Renaissance: Rise, Revive, Reignite,” embodied the fest’s vision of innovation, resilience, and renewal. Over the course of three days, IRIS 2025 featured an exciting array of business, cultural, and entertainment events, drawing participation from leading B-schools and universities across India.
The fest commenced with an inauguration ceremony, graced by Colonel (Dr.) Gururaj Gopinath Pamidi (Veteran), Chief Officer Administration (COA), IIM Indore, and other distinguished guests. In his address, Col. Pamidi commended the students for their dedication in organizing this large-scale fest and highlighted how IRIS has become an integral part of IIM Indore’s culture, fostering creativity, collaboration, and experiential learning beyond the classroom.
IRIS 2025 featured a diverse lineup of over 20 events that seamlessly blended business acumen, cultural excellence, and innovation. The fest hosted insightful speaker sessions, competitions, and interactive workshops, offering students a unique platform for networking, industry exposure, and skill development. One of the key highlights was a guest lecture by Mr. Sandeep Maheshwari, Executive Director of Corporate Strategy & Business Development at HPCL, who shared thought-provoking insights into India’s evolving energy sector and the future of sustainable solutions.
A special session conducted by Khadi India shed light on India’s rich heritage and the importance of the “Vocal for Local” movement, emphasizing the role of entrepreneurship in empowering artisans and promoting indigenous products. The fest also featured Laavanya, a stunning fashion show presented by Reliance Trends, which saw students take the stage in a glamorous showcase of style and creativity.
