Hailing from Ranchi, my transition from life sciences to pursuing an MBA wasn’t just a career shift—it was a leap of faith. Moving from dissecting cells to understanding people, I discovered my true passion lies in innovation, strategic analysis, and structured change management.
At IIM Indore, every day presents an opportunity to learn, evolve, and challenge myself. Through academic rigour, leadership roles, and cultural engagements, I have realized that true growth begins when we step beyond our comfort zones. Whether thriving in group settings or managing late-night case prep, I’ve experienced personal evolution beyond my expectations. Human Resource Management has become more than just a subject to me—it’s my way of creating a meaningful impact. This journey of self-discovery and transformation has solidified my goal of becoming a strategic HR leader.
The road ahead may be demanding, but my dreams fuel my perseverance. Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam wisely said, “Dream is not what you see in sleep; it is the thing that doesn’t let you sleep.” With determination and grit, I am ready to chase my vision of shaping the future of workplaces, using workforce analytics to drive impactful change.
My dream is to strive for enlightenment and assist others in their material well-being and journey toward enlightenment. Society is currently facing three major issues: environmental concerns, economic challenges, and a lack of mental health support. I want to contribute to society using the knowledge I gain at IIM Indore by becoming an entrepreneur, with philanthropy and sustainability at the core of my business actions. This approach will create employment while rejuvenating nature. Additionally, I aim to engage in devotional spiritual practices to seek the ultimate truth, as this will enable me to guide others in finding peace in their lives. By God’s grace, I have transformed from an asthma patient to a state-level silver medal swimmer and from solitude to the author of a self-help book, In Search of Truth. Furthermore, I need to prepare myself for two additional transformations: from employee to employer and from student to a student-cum-preceptor. By fulfilling my responsibilities to the best of my abilities, I hope to reach the pinnacle of Maslow’s pyramid, which is defined in Indian scriptures as self-realization, the ultimate goal of human life.
