Overview

Leadership has been agreed to be a behavior that is enacted through communication. In almost all the important acts of true leadership like giving direction, engaging followers, gaining commitment, and striking a cordial bond of trust, communication plays a pivotal role. With this background, the program intends to cover varied kinds of communication skills that pave the participants’ path towards successful leadership.

Objectives

• To enhance the participants’ awareness of their strengths and limitations in leadership communication styles
• To compare varied styles and assess their respective effectiveness in different contexts.
• To share varied communication techniques to develop, guide and nurture effective teams.
• Developing a balanced art of delegation: striking balance in sharing responsibility and authority
