Dr. Diksha Singh is a faculty member at IIM Indore in the Information Systems Area. She has completed her PhD in Information Systems from the Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode, Kerala.
Her broad research interests include studying consumer behaviors and interactions with digital systems. In particular, she studies consumers’ usage of multiple information systems (IS) for online shopping and wishes to continue investigating the concept in other relevant contexts. Furthermore, she uses a mixed-method approach to research consumers’ behaviors concerning multi-IS use. Her work aims to provide deeper insights into how individuals engage with technology in their everyday decision-making processes. She is also keen on exploring how the evolving digital ecosystem shapes user preferences and long-term adoption patterns.
