Applications are invited for the post of Incubation Manager to be deputed in IIM Indore Incubation Foundation.

The minimum qualification, experience and other general terms and conditions are given hereunder:

Number of positions: 01

Key Responsibilities

Oversee operational activities of the incubation centre, including on boarding, mentoring, and graduating startups.
Plan and execute training programs, workshops, and pitch events for startups.
Build partnerships with industry leaders, investors, government bodies, and academic institutions.
Prepare grant proposals and secure funding through CSR, government schemes, and private initiatives.
Guide startups in prototyping, market entry, intellectual property management, and investor readiness.
Monitor financial performance and prepare periodic progress reports.
Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance visibility and branding of the incubation centre.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Competent Authority.
The selected candidate will report to the Director or any other authority designated by the Director.

Qualification and Work Experience:

Postgraduate in any discipline/ Engineering Graduates
Proven expertise in managing incubators or innovation-driven initiatives.
Strong skills in strategic planning, financial management, and networking.
Minimum of 5 years of experience.

Age: Below 45 years as of the date of application.

Compensation: Will commensurate with qualification and experience.

Contract Terms: The selected candidate will be appointed on a fixed-term contract for two years, subject to satisfactory performance, reviewed annually.

Program Executive – Marketing:

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase the visibility and brand presence of the IIM Indore Incubation Foundation.
Manage online and offline marketing campaigns, social media channels, and content creation for promoting startups and the foundation.
Organize promotional events, webinars, and marketing campaigns for the foundation and incubated startups.
Analyse marketing trends and performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop promotional materials, newsletters, and success stories.

Qualification and Work Experience:

Graduate/Postgraduate in marketing, business administration, engineering or a related discipline.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the startup or entrepreneurial ecosystem.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content creation.
Strong communication, branding, and event management skills.

Age: Below 35 years as of the date of application.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and manage relationships with donors, corporate partners, and foundations to ensure long-term funding sustainability.
Track fundraising activities, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with all legal and financial requirements.
Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate fundraising initiatives into overall communication strategies.

Qualification and Work Experience

Graduate/Postgraduate in business, engineering, non-profit management, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in fundraising, partnerships, or business development, preferably in non-profit or start-up ecosystems.
Strong communication, proposal writing, and relationship-building skills.
