Applications are invited for the post of Incubation Manager to be deputed in IIM Indore Incubation Foundation.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee operational activities of the incubation centre, including on boarding, mentoring, and graduating startups.
- Plan and execute training programs, workshops, and pitch events for startups.
- Build partnerships with industry leaders, investors, government bodies, and academic institutions.
- Prepare grant proposals and secure funding through CSR, government schemes, and private initiatives.
- Guide startups in prototyping, market entry, intellectual property management, and investor readiness.
- Monitor financial performance and prepare periodic progress reports.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance visibility and branding of the incubation centre.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Competent Authority.
- The selected candidate will report to the Director or any other authority designated by the Director.
Qualification and Work Experience:
- Postgraduate in any discipline/ Engineering Graduates
- Proven expertise in managing incubators or innovation-driven initiatives.
- Strong skills in strategic planning, financial management, and networking.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience.
Age: Below 45 years as of the date of application.

Compensation: Will commensurate with qualification and experience.
Contract Terms: The selected candidate will be appointed on a fixed-term contract for two years, subject to satisfactory performance, reviewed annually.
