Dr. Jagriti Srivastava is an Assistant Professor in the Finance and Accounting Area at the Indian Institute of Management Indore. She earned her Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode and previously worked as an Assistant Professor at the Indian Institute of Management Amritsar (2022-2026). Her research interest lies at the intersection of corporate finance, sustainable finance, and financial decision making. Her work examines financing decisions of firms, including venture capital, trade credit, and debt financing, with a particular focus on the role of ESG, climate risk, and firm-level uncertainty in shaping corporate outcomes. Her research has been published in leading journals such as The British Accounting Review, Finance Research Letters, Applied Economics, and other reputed journals. She has presented her research at international conferences such as European Financial Management Association Annual Meeting, World Finance & Banking Symposium, New Zealand Finance Meeting, Southwestern Finance Association Conference.
Dr. Srivastava teaches Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Financial Risk Management, and Empirical Corporate Finance. Her current work examines the implications of sustainability, risk, and uncertainty for corporate decision-making and performance.
