Prof. Pradip Banerjee is a faculty in the Accounting & Finance area. He did his M.Com from Calcutta University, CFA from ICFAI Hyderabad and Ph.D from Utkal University on the topic “Capital Restructuring and Shareholder’s wealth maximization – Evidence from India”. Prior to joining IIM Indore, he was associated with NITIE Mumbai and IMT Ghaziabad.
His teaching interests include Managerial Accounting & Control, Financial Management, Financial Services and Security Analysis & Portfolio Management. His research interests include Corporate Finance, Financial Markets, and Merger & Acquisition. Prof. Banerjee has authored several papers presented at national & international conferences, and published in national & international journals.
