Rubaina Shrivastava

Rubaina Shrivastava has completed her PhD from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, where her thesis examined the enactment of education policies. She received the PhD Merit Scholarship from the Mirae Asset India Foundation and holds a postgraduate degree from the National Law Institute University, Bhopal (NLIU). She has previously worked as an Assistant Professor at the Goa Institute of Management and as Head of the Centre for Teaching and Learning at IIM Udaipur. She holds professional certifications from CISCO, Red Hat, WIPO, and ISABS.

Her research interests are Public Policy & Law, National Education Policy 2020, and AI.
Her teaching interests include Legal Aspects of Business, Cyber Laws, Cyber Security and AI.
