Prof. Sumit Kumar Ghosh is a faculty in the area of OB&HRM. Prior to joining IIM Indore, he was associated with Administrative Staff College of India, Hyderabad. He did his PhD in Psychology from Pune University.
Prof. Ghosh is credited with research publications in various refereed journals. His current areas of interest are: Organizational Power and Politics, Unethical Behavior and Workplace Gossips.
