Overview

This programme is aimed at women professionals of various domains to help them enhance their leadership and managerial capabilities to better integrate and manage both their professional and personal lives and seek new energy and direction to enrich both aspects of their lives.

Objectives

 The programme will be delivered by faculty using a combination of classroom lectures, case studies, role plays, simulations, exercises, and self-assessment questionnaires.
