The programme is meant for developing leadership skills to manage and lead teams effectively. Whether you are a first-time leader or an experienced one struggling to achieve results with the existing team, becoming a team leader comes with its own set of challenges. The ability to influence the team and motivation to succeed as a team leader are necessary for future career growth. This programme will help you rethink your behaviour within a team, expose you to various aspects of team processes and thereby unleash your leadership style which will help you build and lead high performance teams.

• Learn how to resolve conflicts within teams and arrive at a consensus.
• Enable the participant to receive feedback with an open mind and thereby increase employee engagement and motivation.
• Develop leadership skills to lead teams in the VUCA world.
• Learn how to communicate as a leader in multi-generational teams/organizations.

Content

The programme is divided into three modules with one module per day.

The 1st module focusses on the understanding of team formation and team decision making processes.

The 2nd module exposes the participants to the techniques of creating and leading high performing teams.

The 3rd module highlights the various leadership styles and leadership communication techniques to navigate the VUCA world.
