Overview

This programme focuses on developing capabilities in strategic policy design, deployment, and governance leadership to address complex public challenges. It emphasizes a citizen-centric, empathy-driven, and implementation-oriented approach, integrating insights from policy science, design thinking, behavioural perspectives, and systems-based analysis.

The programme builds competencies in problem framing, understanding extreme user perspectives, and inclusive decision-making, enabling participants to navigate dynamic and non-linear policy environments effectively. Drawing on extensive experience in government capacity building, legislative training, and policy engagement across government and industry, it bridges the gap between policy intent and on-ground execution.

Participants will gain hands-on exposure to policy reading, writing, monitoring, and evaluation of policy deployment, supported by Indian and global governance and corporate case studies and best practices.

The programme is designed to support mid-career to senior professionals, government officials, elected representatives, corporate professionals, and policy domain experts in advancing into strategic policy and leadership roles, enabling them to design, implement, communicate, and improve effective, inclusive, and responsive policy interventions.
