IIM Indore Signs an MoU with Technological University Dublin

IIM Indore aims to offer contextually relevant programmes, learning, and growth opportunities to its participants and faculty. The institute has teamed up with various top-notch universities at both national and international levels. In line with this, IIM Indore has signed an MoU with the Technological University Dublin (TU Dublin) on June 28, 2022. The MoU was signed by Prof. Himanshu Rai, Director, IIM Indore, and Prof. David FitzPatrick, President, TU Dublin. This association aims to develop joint activities in academic areas of mutual interest.

Sharing delight over this collaboration, Prof. Rai said that the MoU would offer a platform for exchanging faculty, researchers, and administrative staff and give opportunities for collaborative research. ‘I am happy to sign an MoU with the first technological university of Ireland – TU Dublin. IIM Indore aims to create socially conscious leaders, managers, and entrepreneurs, and TU Dublin emphasizes creating an inclusive and open learning experience for the students. This collaboration will be valuable for faculty, students, and staff of both the educational institutes, allowing them to come together, learn and collaborate on various activities’, he said. He added that these would include conducting lectures, organizing symposia, exchanging academic material, and developing and delivering programmes of study and online learning for the global audience.

Prof. Patrick noted that the alliance would further fortify the relationship between the institutes and empower them to organize mutually beneficial events across various activities. ‘We are pleased to sign an MoU with IIM Indore – the second IIM in India to receive the Triple Crown. Conducting multiple lectures, seminars, workshops, etc., online and offline, would allow the stakeholders of both the institutes to learn from and grow with this partnership.

We look forward to organizing various events and activities that prove fruitful for both the parties’, he said.

The MoU will be valid for three years.
