Advertisement for the Research Associates and Intern
Indian Institute of Management Indore (IIM Indore) invites applications for the recruitment of Research Associates (RAs) and Interns purely on a temporary basis for AI and Product development.
Qualifications required
The ideal candidate will preferably have a PhD / master’s degree in Statistics/Data Science/ Management/Policy or relevant disciplines, along with strong research writing, literature review and solid foundation in statistics. The candidate should be comfortable working with real-world datasets, building and evaluating statistical models. Interns need to be technical graduates at least in third year of their engineering or Economics specialisation in a 4 years degree programs
As an RA, the selected candidate will be involved in all stages of the research process—from research objectives, research questions, literature review, exploratory analysis to model development, visualization, and documentation. RA will collaborate closely with the research team to refine methodologies and contribute meaningfully to the project’s progress. Interns need to be skilled in SEM, Statistics techniques.
Nature of appointment
The selected candidates will be on a fixed-term contract with IIM Indore. The appointment will be for a period of five to ten months. Work can be done remotely or in person, based on mutual agreement. Candidates should have an overall good academic record and good oral and written communication skills in English. A competitive stipend will be offered to the selected candidates.
