Job Title: Planning Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will support technical documentation, coordination, preparation of draft documents, preparation of a comprehensive General Conditions of Contract (GCC) for engineering and maintenance works, review of relevant provisions of the Institute’s First Regulations, formulation of vendor registration/empanelment guidelines, and preparation of eligibility/pre-qualification criteria and maintenance of relevant records.
- Preferable Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized university or institute.
- Preferable Experience: 5 years of Experience in project planning, preparation of estimates, BOQs, tender documents, and contract management.
- Preferable Knowledge: CPWD Works Manual, CPWD GCC, General Financial Rules (GFR), government procurement procedures, and proficiency in MS Office and Microsoft Project (MSP) etc. The experience of having worked in a government organisation will be preferred.
