IIM Indore’s multifaceted learning model ensures that the students get an opportunity to develop a global perspective through its International Student Exchange Programme (ISEP).
Students are exposed to different pedagogies of management education and find interacting and experiencing with students and faculty abroad very enriching. At, IIM Indore we try to foster an enriching experience as mentioned by trying to have a good mix of students from different academic backgrounds.
IIM Indore provides an enriching academic experience to incoming exchange students and at the same time its own student community also benefits from the fresh trains of thought and new ideas that the foreign students have to offer. This mutual learning experience is what we aim to foster.
IIM Indore’s Integrated Programme for Management’s Student Exchange Programme committee works hard to ensure that incoming exchange students find their stay in India comfortable and hassle-free. In short, the committee take overall responsibility for the experiences for students who come to IIM Indore from other countries. The committee is around to help out the exchange students settle in on campus. It is a committee formed by the students, or STEP is a committee formed by the students and are the best source of information for any queries you may have. Over the years IIM Indore has established strong relationships with several Universities and Business Schools over the world and the list continues to grow. Hence, IIM Indore has been very active in engaging many of it’s home students in exchange programmes with universities abroad. Participating in the exchange program requires a student of IIM Indore to undertake full-time study for one or two semesters at any of its international partner institutes.
