CERE 2025 Theme
The global economy is undergoing a profound transformation, with knowledge emerging as the cornerstone of growth, innovation, and competitiveness. The theme of CERE 2025, “Paradigm Shift in the Knowledge Economy,” encapsulates the seismic changes redefining how knowledge is generated, shared, and leveraged across organizations, industries, and societies. In an era marked by rapid digital transformation, the rise of artificial intelligence, and pressing sustainability challenges, traditional models of knowledge production and management are being reimagined to address the complexities of dynamic markets and global imperatives.
This paradigm shift underscores the importance of interdisciplinary collaboration, democratized access to information, and the integration of advanced technologies to enhance decision-making and organizational resilience. CERE 2025 invites scholars, practitioners, and thought leaders to delve into the multifaceted implications of this transformation, exploring its impact on policy, practice, and pedagogy in management and beyond. By fostering rigorous inquiry and dialogue, the conference aims to contribute to the advancement of the knowledge economy while promoting sustainable and inclusive development.
Hosted by IIM Indore, CERE 2025 reflects the institute’s commitment to remaining contextually relevant in a rapidly evolving world. The conference will adopt a workshop-driven approach, emphasizing active participation and practical learning, alongside presentations of selected papers that highlight innovative ideas and diverse perspectives on global challenges.
