Applications are invited for the position of Deputy General Manager (DGM) for IIM Indore Mumbai Campus. The minimum qualification, experience and other general terms and conditions are given hereunder:

Job Profile:
The Deputy General Manager (DGM) shall be a dynamic, self-motivated and result-oriented professional responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support in IIM Indore Mumbai Campus. Duties shall include coordination and supervision in academic and administrative activities of the Mumbai Campus. The selected candidate will be posted in IIM Indore Mumbai campus; however, the employee can be transferred to any other location at any time as per the requirements of the Institute.
The position demands maturity, integrity, leadership capability, and extensive experience in senior administrative roles within reputed institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campus Administrative Management
- Oversee daily campus operations and maintain records
- Asset Management
- Regular Coordinate with IIM Indore- Indore campus
- Academic Programme Coordination, Coordinate class schedules, and exams
- Address student-related concerns
- Ensure classrooms and common areas are functional
- Coordinate maintenance, housekeeping, and security
- Monitor use of campus resources and supplies
- Coordination with academic and administrative units.
- Staff Supervision
Desirable Skills:
- Leadership, coordination, drafting, and excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Internet applications.
Eligibility Criteria:
Master’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University / Institute with a minimum of 50% marks.
Work Experience:
At least 10 years of full-time post-qualification administrative experience.
Salary & Allowances
The selected candidate will be offered a fixed-term contract for one year and extendable one year at a time for a maximum period of three years on a consolidated monthly pay package subject to satisfactory performance, which will be reviewed annually. Salary will not be a constraint for the deserving candidate. The selected candidate would be evaluated after three months of joining and would be able to complete the first year in the Institute only if the performance is found satisfactory at the end of three months.

- Applications received after January 29, 2026, will not be entertained.
- Application without Prescribed Format and Annexures, as mentioned in point no.1 above, will not be considered. The application is only to be sent through email to career@iimidr.ac.in. No other mode of application will be accepted.
- Mere fulfilling the minimum qualification and experience requirements will not confer any right on the candidates for being called for an Interview or/and their selection.
- The Institute reserves the right not to select anyone without assigning any reason.

- The Institute requires the selected candidates to join immediately.
- No TA/DA will be paid for attending the written test or/and Interview or/and selection process.
- The decision of IIM Indore would be final and binding to the candidates.
- Candidates who have been interviewed for the same position within 18 months prior to the date of current advertisement need not apply.
- In case of any dispute concerning this recruitment, the jurisdiction of the competent courts will be within the territorial jurisdiction of the city of Indore only.
