Registration Process

Participants are generally to be sponsored by organisations. However, application by individuals may also be accepted. A formal communication regarding the acceptance of nomination/ application will be sent to nominees prior to commencement of the programme.

Fee

Discount

An organisation sponsoring five or more participants to an MDP will be entitled to a group discount of 10% on the total fee payable provided that at least five participants actually attend the programme. If the actual participation is less than 5, refund may be made after deducting the full fee of actual number of participants who attend the training programme. The group discount would be applicable only to short duration programmes of up to 20 days.

Refund

  • For cancellation of nominations received 10 days prior to the commencement of the programme full amount paid will be refunded.
  • For cancellation of nominations received between 10 days and 2 days prior to start date of the programme then, the programme fee will be refunded after deduction of 50% of programme fee and service tax on pro rata basis per participant toward administrative charges.
  • Cancellations of nominations received less than 2 days from the start date will not be eligible for any refund.

Income Tax Exemption

Income Tax Department in its order no. F. No. CCIT/IND/TECH/10(23C)-92/09-10 dtd. 31.12.2009 stated it is held that the case of IIM Society, Indore is falling under Section 10(23C)(iiiab) and therefore, its income is exempt accordingly. Therefore, TDS from the programme fee is not to be deducted.

Certification

The participants attending the programme will be awarded Certificate of Participation.
