The Executive Programme in AI Led Business Transformation & Deep Tech Strategy, offered by IIM Indore, is designed for mid-to-senior professionals seeking to lead AI-driven business transformation at scale. Going beyond tools and prompts, the programme develops strategic, operational, and ecosystem-level understanding to architect AI-native businesses and manage deep tech convergence.
The curriculum integrates Generative AI, Agentic AI orchestration, Blockchain, Web 3.0, Extended Reality (XR), Metaverse, and Quantum Computing with enterprise strategy, AI infrastructure, governance, and organisational transformation.

Note: The modules are subject to change at the discretion of the professors or instructors.
Eligibility
Diploma (10+2+3) / Graduate / Post Graduate from universities recognised by the Association of Indian Universities, with a minimum of 50% marks in Diploma, graduation, or post-graduation (or equivalent), along with at least six years of work experience.
Internships and trainee experiences are not considered full-time work experience.
Attendance Criteria
Participants are expected to attend all sessions of a given course. Leave may be permitted in emergencies, subject to approval from the Programme Coordinator.
A minimum of 75% attendance is required for final grading. Participants with attendance below 75% will be subject to grade deductions as per Institute norms.
Evaluation Methodology
Participants will be assessed through continuous evaluation, including quizzes, assignments, tests, and examinations.
To complete the programme successfully, participants must achieve the minimum marks or grades prescribed by IIM Indore from time to time.
Certification
Participants who successfully meet the evaluation criteria and satisfy the requisite attendance requirements will receive a Certificate of Completion from IIM Indore.
The sample certificate is indicative. IIM Indore reserves the right to revise the certificate format.
How the Courses Will Be Delivered
The courses will be delivered online through a synchronised technology platform using two-way audio and video communication.
Sessions will generally be conducted once a week, on Sundays. Participants can attend classes directly from their desktops or laptops through the Direct-to-Device learning format.
Reading materials and other course resources will be provided. Participants may also interact with faculty through email or chat.
The exact session timings (IST) will be communicated during the Technical Orientation. Participants will also be required to complete online quizzes, assignments, and examinations.

The programme fee excludes the Executive Education Alumni fee. GST is applicable at 18%. Participants who have attended even a single session are not eligible for a refund.
Students’ Privileges
The participants who will complete the Programme successfully will be eligible for the Executive Education Alumni status of IIM Indore. They will require to apply separately along with the necessary fee to register their name. Current alumni membership plans are as follows:
Lifetime membership – INR 10,000/- + applicable taxes,
Benefits available to Executive Education Alumni: 1) Communication of brochures and newsletters from IIM Indore, 2) Access to the IIM Indore Campus Library (onsite access only), 3) Official email ID of the institute, 4) ID Card.
Mere successful completion of the programme, application submission, and fee does not entitle a participant to be eligible for executive education alumni status. IIM Indore reserves the right to confer or withhold executive education alumni status.
IIM Indore reserves the right to modify the above conditions at its discretion at any time without notice.
Only the courts at Indore, India will have the territorial jurisdiction to try any disputes arising in respect of the Executive Alumni membership being granted.
