Programme Overview
This programme is exclusively designed for working executives and entrepreneurs that are looking for major upskilling in the management domain but finding it difficult to pursue a full-time programme. The classes will happen on the weekends which will provide flexibility to the participants be engaged in their respective professions and at the same time to upgrade their knowledge base simultaneously.
The Programme contains the courses from various management functions and covers contextual concepts that are highly relevant to the existing business environment. The courses will be taught by the experts of the domain and will be delivered through cutting-edge technology to ensure the learning outcomes.

Eligibility Criteria
Diploma (10+2+3) or Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (10+2+3) or (10+2+4) or Master & Degree or equivalent from a recognized University (UGC/AICTE/DEC/AIU/State Government) in any discipline with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks.
A minimum of 01 year of work experience is required to qualify for admission in the programme .
Candidates with lesser work experience but with professional qualifications like CA/ICWA/CS/CFA/CFP will be evaluated on a case-to-case basis and then approved for admission

Duration & Number of Session Hours
Duration: 6 Months
Number of Hours: 110 hours (Approx.)
Total Number of Sessions: 85 sessions
Number of online sessions by IIM Indore (75 Minutes each): 68 sessions
Number of on campus sessions by IIM Indore (75 Minutes each): 12 sessions
Number of Sessions by Imarticus (120 Minutes each): 5 sessions
One or two sessions from some of the courses will become part of the on-campus orientation module. In case the on-campus module is not conducted due to the Covid situation, the same will be included in the total number of sessions.
*The programme duration may be slightly extended due to the issues like faculty unavailability and gazetted holidays on the session days.
How the Courses will be Delivered
Courses will be delivered through on-line mode using an appropriate technology – Synchronized platform. Lectures will be delivered through broadband based technology involving two-way audio and video communication. Sessions will be held once in a week, generally on weekends. Participants can attend sessions directly from their desktop/laptop (Direct-2-device). Participants will be provided reading materials etc. for each course. They may also interact with the concerned faculty through e-mails/ chat mode.
The academic sessions will start from 19 Apr 2025, Sessions will be held on either Saturday or Sunday.
The tentative timing of the sessions:
Saturday – Afternoon
First session: 2.30 PM to 3.45 PM
Second session: 4.00 PM to 5.15 PM
Sunday – Forenoon
First session: 9.00 AM to 10.15 AM
Second session: 10.30 AM to 11.45 AM
*Saturday (Afternoon): 2 or 3 sessions based on the availability of faculty members; in some cases, there may be one session as well.
The time gap between two consecutive sessions is to give the participants a break. On some days, the classes may extend beyond the mentioned time. In addition to attending interactive sessions, participants have to undertake online quizzes, assignments, and examinations.

Student Privileges
The participants who will complete the programme successfully will be eligible for the Executive Education Alumni status of IIM Indore. They will be required to apply separately along with the necessary fee to register their name. Current alumni membership plans are as follows:
- 2-year membership – INR 1000/- + applicable taxes,
- Lifetime membership – INR 10,000/- + applicable taxes,
Benefits available to Executive Education Alumni: 1) Communication of brochures and newsletters from IIM Indore, 2) Access to the IIM Indore Campus Library (onsite access only), 3) Official email ID of the institute. 4) ID Card.
Mere successful completion of the programme, application submission, and fee does not entitle a participant to be eligible for executive education alumni status. IIM Indore reserves the right to confer executive education alumni status.
IIM Indore reserves the right to modify the above conditions at its discretion at any time without notice.
Only the courts at Indore, India will have the territorial jurisdiction to try any disputes arising in respect of the Executive Alumni membership being granted.
