Considering this objective, Nurturing Future Leadership Program under the aegis of the Malaviya Mission Teacher Training Programme (MMTTP), Ministry of Education, Government of India, will aim to achieve the following objectives:

  • Inculcate leadership skills in faculty members at an early level in their careers to advance individual and organizational goals.
  • Provide broad-based leadership skills for all faculty across all levels.
  • Expand the pool of potential leaders for the range of leadership positions in HEls.
  • Prepare faculty to contribute effectively and proactively in collective decision-making, shared governance, developing initiatives, and problem-solving.
  • Enabling the institute administration by building an efficient leadership quality among faculty.
