Customized Faculty Development Programme (FDP)

IIM Indore is committed to offer programmes which provide opportunities to fellow faculty in various business schools across India; to enhance your teaching and research skills. Faculty Development Programmes (FDP) at IIM Indore are specifically designed with such intention. Although such programmes are conducted at the IIM Indore campus from time to time, there are limitations with regard to institutions who wish to train a large group of their faculty. In an attempt to help such institutions be able to use IIM Indore’s expertise in FDPs, the institute offers customized FDPs for academic institutions who aim to upgrade the research/teaching/administrative capabilities of their faculty.

Such programmes can be designed in consultation with your institution and IIM Indore faculty to identify the appropriate content as desired. These programmes generally are aimed at offering focused training on the following areas:

  1. Participant centric learning methods
  2. Pedagogy Design
  3. Measuring assurance of learning
  4. Management Research
  5. Leadership Development Programmes (LDP)
  6. Academic Administration

Institutions which want to conduct such customized programmes can get in touch with the programme coordinator for details. A series of dedicated interactions will help finalize the programme design. The current mode of engagement in customized FDPs involves a 3-day or 5-day interaction. For the benefit of partnering institutions, these customized programmes will be offered in the following three delivery modes based on mutual agreement.

  1. Online delivery of content using appropriate platforms.
  2. Programmes conducted at IIM Indore campus.
  3. IIM Indore faculty visit your institution and deliver the programme.

If your organization has any such training requirement please get in touch with us.
