Infrastructure Committee

The main objective of the IPM Infrastructure Committee has always been to establish a safe, conducive, and convenient environment for the IPM participants on the IIM Indore campus. 

One of the primary responsibilities of this committee is overseeing the welfare and living conditions of students residing in the hostels. Ensuring the upkeep of rooms, maintaining stable internet connectivity, periodic fumigation, and cleaning are among their key priorities in this regard. Furthermore, the committee’s responsibilities extend to supervising the provision of food, transportation services, and maintaining the infrastructure across the IIM Indore campus. 

While they prioritize maintaining existing standards, the committee is dedicated to continually enhancing the quality of life for IPM participants. This commitment is reflected in the introduction of new amenities through initiatives like printers, vending machines, and recreational facilities such as foosball tables, table-tennis tables etc. Notably, initiatives like the Common Room, spearheaded by the IPM Infrastructure Committee, aims to create shared spaces for studying and leisure activities. Additionally, the committee overlooks the logistical requirements and permissions for events hosted by IPM SAC entities, ensuring their smooth operations. Acting as student representatives, the committee maintains open lines of communication with campus authorities, advocating for student concerns and addressing issues promptly.

The IPM Infrastructure Committee remains steadfast in its mission to improve the overall living experience for IPM participants. Through collaboration, innovation, and advocacy, they are committed to fostering a supportive and enriching environment for all members of the IIM Indore community.
