INTRODUCTION
The 16th Edition of the Annual Faculty Development Programme (FDP) 2026 has been announced by the Indian Institute of Management Indore (IIM Indore). IIM Indore’s Annual FDP is a five-week residential programme designed for faculty members of management education and training institutions, with the goal of enhancing the research and teaching capabilities of management educators. The programme duration is from April 07 to May 09 2026.
The last date for receipt of completed application form is 20 March 2026.

PROGRAMME DESIGN
The five-week programme focuses on giving participants modern research and teaching techniques. Additionally, comprehending management philosophy, creating and developing learning resources, and other topics will be emphasized in order to help participants incorporating the required research skills. Suggested readings for each module will be provided before commencement of the programme.
Target Audience
A potential participant would be a management teacher, trainer or researcher employed in management schools, university departments, degree colleges, professional institutes, training centres of business enterprises, staff training institutes of central and state governments. The programme is especially helpful for participants, who teach management and allied subjects such as commerce, human resource and labour relations, organizational behaviour, marketing, statistics, operations, economics, banking, finance, computer applications, strategy, sociology etc.
Admission Eligibility
Applicants must be full-time faculty members or working executives with at least five years of experience, or PhD/Post-Doc students.
PROGRAMME FEE
The fee is Rs. 75,000/- (Rupees Seventy Five Thousand only). The programme fee includes tuition fee, cost of course material, access to library during the programme, meals and residential facilities on twin sharing basis at IIM Indore campus. However, travel, medical, personal, and all other expenses have to be borne by the participants. Participants are advised to make medical insurance arrangements in advance.
There are few seats available on concession to participants who belong to the SC/ST/OBC/PWD categories on a first come, first serve basis. Programme fee for these participants would be Rs. 60,000/- (Rupees Sixty Thousand only). Participants who wish to avail this concession are required to submit appropriate proof of category as prescribed by GOI rules
The institute also offers a concession for PhD students (currently pursuing their programme). Programme fee for PhD students (pursuing) would be Rs. 52,500/- (Rupees Fifty-two Thousand Five Hundred only).

How To Enroll
Applicants willing to participate in the programme may enroll themselves or nominate their colleagues by filling out the online application form available on the website. Participants are required to complete the online application form, with relevant details, provide confirmation of fee payment details, attach a recent resume and photograph. Participants wishing to avail the concession should upload relevant proof of category (SC/ST/OBC/PWD) as per GOI rules. Last date for receipt of completed application form is March 20, 2026. Incomplete applications or applications without confirmation of fee payment would not be considered.
