INTRODUCTION
The fourteen Edition of the Faculty Development Programme (FDP) 2024 has been announced by the Indian Institute of Management Indore (IIMI). IIM Indore’s FDP is a 5-week residential programme that is specifically created for faculty members of management education and training institutions with the goal of boosting research and teaching capacities of management educators. For an extensive exposure to research, teaching, and case development, the programme is managed by IIMI faculty and guest faculty from industry and other institutions. The programme duration is from 08th April 2025 to 10th May 2025.
The last date for receipt of completed application form is 10 March 2025.
PROGRAMME DESIGN
PROGRAMME DESIGN
The primary thrust of the 5-week programme will be to equip the participants with contemporary research and teaching skills. Emphasis will also be given to understanding of philosophy of management, design and development of learning resources and so on. The course would contain following modules:

- Navigating through the Review process
Suggested readings for each module would be provided before commencement of the programme. Participants would also attend the International Conference on Excellence in Research and Education’ (CERE 2023) organized by IIM Indore.
Target Audience
A potential participant would be a management teacher, trainer or researcher employed in management schools, university departments, degree colleges, professional institutes, training centers of business enterprises, staff training institutes of central and state governments. The programme is especially helpful for participants, who teach management and allied subjects like commerce, human resource and labor relations, organizational behavior, marketing, statistics, operations, economics, banking, finance, computer applications, strategy, sociology etc.
Admission Eligibility
The applicant must have a teaching experience of full time faculty members / working executives with five years of experience/ PhD students.
PROGRAMME FEE
The fee is Rs. 88,500/- (Rupees Eighty-Eight Thousand Five Hundred only, Programme Fee Rs.75,000/- plus Goods and Service tax as applicable rates. At present GST rate is 18%). The programme fee includes tuition fee, cost of course material, access to library during the programme, meals and residential facilities on IIMI campus. However, travel, medical, personal, and all other expenses have to be borne by the participants. Participants are advised to make medical insurance arrangements in advance.
There are few seats available on concession to participants who belong to the SC/ST/OBC/PWD categories on a first come, first serve basis. Programme fee for these participants would be Rs. 70,800/- (Rupees Seventy Thousand Eight hundred only, Programme Fee Rs.60,000/- plus Goods and Service tax as applicable rates. At present GST rate is 18%). Participants who wish to avail this concession are required to submit appropriate proof of category as prescribed by GOI rules.

How To Enroll
Applicants who are willing to participate in the programme have shall enrol themselves or nominate their colleague (s) by filling an online application form through application link available on the website. Participants are required to complete the online application form, with relevant details, provide confirmation of fee payment details, attach a recent resume and photograph. Participants wishing to avail concession on the application fee should upload relevant proof of category (SC/ST/OBC/PWD) as approved by GOI rules. Last date for receipt of completed application form is March 10, 2024. Incomplete applications or applications without confirmation of fee payment would not be considered.
